Mixing forms: generally available in paddle, anchor, frame, screw, scraper, etc. High speed types include dispersed impeller, turbine, high shear, and thruster, for customers to choose according to the process.
Heating forms: electric heating rod heating, electric heating belt heating, thermal oil circulation heating, steam circulation heating, water circulation heating (or cooling), open flame heating, far-infrared heating, etc. The jacket form is usually divided into jacket type and outer half tube type, and the heat transfer oil circulation heating jacket is equipped with a guide device.
Transmission forms: including ordinary motors, explosion-proof motors, electromagnetic speed regulating motors, variable frequency drives, etc. The reducers include cycloidal pinwheel, worm wheel, spiral bevel gear reducers, hard tooth surface gear reducers, and planetary infinitely variable speed reducers.
Sealing forms: usually ordinary water-cooled packing seal, combined PTFE packing seal, single end mechanical seal, double end mechanical seal, magnetic seal, etc.
Discharge form: There are ball valves and downward expansion valves.
